2024 Artwalk Business Host Registration

Description

In coordination with our cultural corridor partners, BDL hosts an annual Artwalk event. Businesses open their doors to host local and regional artists for “pop-up” shows. Many businesses also invite local wineries and breweries to offer samples or per-glass or per-bottle sales. The Center of Arts and History coordinates various exhibitions in their space and welcomes the public to take a tour. This event draws over 4,000 people to downtown Lewiston.

 

$60 Business Host (FREE for BDL Members)

BUSINESS HOST REGISTRATION ENDS FRIDAY SEPT 6th 2024 4:00PM PST

Please note, regardless if you're selling or sampling in your host location: In order for BDL to be in compliance with the City of Lewiston and Idaho State Alcohol Beverage Control, every host location MUST have proof of ONE of the following:

  • If the Winery/Brewery of your choice is coming to serve at your location - they need to obtain a catering permit and have a copy emailed to events@beautifuldowntownlewiston.org OR dropped off at the BDL office located at 528 Main Street no later than FRIDAY SEPT 13TH 2024 4:00 PM PST.
  • Your host location has a current/active alcohol license. A copy of your license must be emailed to events@beautifuldowntownlewiston.org OR dropped off at the BDL office located at 528 Main Street no later than FRIDAY SEPT 13TH 2024 4:00 PM PST.
  • Pay the permit fee for beer $20, wine $20 or $40.00 for both, to BDL no later than FRIDAY SEPT 13TH 2024 4:00 PM PST. This option is only available to BDL members - and you must fill out the post-event paperwork by FRIDAY OCTOBER 25th 2024 4:00 PM PST and email it to director@beautifuldowntownlewiston.org OR dropped off at the BDL office located at 528 Main Street. All funds are used for permitting only and are non refundable.
