2024 Downtown Property Tours Sponsor Registration

The 2024 Downtown Property Tour is on Tuesday, April 16th at 4:00pm. Registered participants begin the tour at the Beautiful Downtown Lewiston Office at 528 Main Street. Downtown Property Tours is an opportunity for entrepreneurs and investors to tour multiple commercial properties available for lease or purchase in downtown Lewiston while they share ideas and ask questions. After the tour, the group will gather for conversations over a drink and some appetizers. Each ticket is $20 and includes one drink token. Tour space is limited and is on a first-come, first-serve basis, so register early. This event is sponsored by Team B.M.C. Century 21 Price Right and the Port of Lewiston.

Since its inception in 2017, the Downtown Property Tour has resulted in several new tenant-landlord leases as well as purchased properties that have been renovated for new businesses.
