2023 Crazy Days Vendor/Map Registration

PLEASE NOTE THIS REGISTRATION IS FOR FRIDAY JUNE 2ND AND SATURDAY JUNE 3RD. 

Get your event registration in by May 19^th to be included in the location map. Main Street will be open on Friday and closed off on Saturday. Vendors will set up on Saturday, June 3rd only. If you are a service business, feel free to have a table out with giveaways! There will be a contest between participating businesses/vendors in the following three categories: craziest deals, craziest decor and craziest dressed! Winner will receive a $100 gift card to your choice of local restaurant.

$60 Vendor Space or Free for BDL partners

• Main Street will be closed to regular traffic on Saturday only, starting at 8am. Each vendor must have their booth/display set up by 9:30am on June 3rd and each vendor must remain set up until 4:00pm. Breakdown may begin after 3:30pm. and all vendors must be off the street no later than 4:30pm. The street will reopen promptly at 5:00pm. You may drive into your location to set up, but all vehicles must be off the street (unless you operate out of a trailer) before the event begins. Trailers set up between 7:00am-8:00am all others set up between 8:00am-9:30am.
• Each vendor space will be approximately 10’ X 10’ or up to a 16’ trailer. Each vendor must be 10’ apart from each other.
• Vendors must supply their own tables, chairs, tents/canopies, and table coverings if they need them.
• There is limited access to power. We will not be able to provide extension cords. Please provide your own as well as tape to secure the cords. You may bring a generator if needed. Generators must be quiet enough to not disrupt the event.
• We will assign your booth location.
• The NON-REFUNDABLE payment for the space is due at the time of registration to secure your space.
• All vendors must be registered, and payment must be complete by Friday, May 19^th, 2023 4:00pm PST.
• Vendors are responsible for cleaning up their entire booth space after the event. Pack it in, pack it out, including all garbage.
• If you will not be able to attend, please let us know ASAP.

• $40 for Non-BDL Partners - Business name, location and promotions to shoppers listed on map (logo not included)
• FREE for BDL Partners - Business name, location and promotions to shoppers listed on map (logo not included)
