Every Friday from June 7th - July 26th. Enjoy a beautiful evening with friends and family in Brackenbury Square for Beautiful Downtown Lewiston’s Summer Concert Series. Bring your favorite chair or blanket and enjoy live music local spirits, and great food. This family-friendly event is sure to make your Friday night!

$300 Event Sponsor (8)

$60 Vendor Space or Free for BDL members

  • Each vendor must have their booth/food truck set up by 4:30pm. Each vendor must remain set up until 8:00pm. Breakdown may begin after 7:30pm.
  • Each vendor space will be approximately 10’ X 10’. Each vendor must be 10’ apart from each other.
  • Vendors must supply their own tables, chairs, tents/canopies, and table coverings if they need them.
  • We will assign your booth location.
  • The NON-REFUNDABLE payment for the space is due at the time of registration to secure your space.
  • All vendors must be registered, and payment must be complete two weeks before the Sound Downtown event date that you will be a vendor at. 
  • Vendors are responsible for cleaning up their entire booth space after the event. Pack it in, pack it out, including all garbage.
  • If you will not be able to attend, please let us know ASAP.
  • Power is not provided. You may bring a generator if needed. Generators must be quiet enough to not disrupt the event.
  • All vendors must provide a valid food handlers permit and/or seller’s permit if applicable, vendors will not be allowed to participate without documentation.
