Pumpkin Palooza is centered on providing a fun and free family event that draws a great crowd to downtown. Rather than putting the emphasis on candy hauls, Pumpkin Palooza focuses on creating positive experiences and memories with carnival-style games, activities, and attractions. Candy will still be given away, but non-candy prizes and healthy alternatives are encouraged. Partner with BDL by sponsoring a game and/or handing out treats at your business.

$60 Vendor space or Free for BDL Members

  • Main Street will be closed to regular traffic on Saturday only, starting at 8am. Each vendor must have their booth/display set up by 10:30 and each vendor must remain set up until 4:00pm. Breakdown may begin after 3:30pm. and all vendors must be off the street no later than 4:30pm. The street will reopen promptly at 5:00pm. You may drive into your location to set up, but all vehicles must be off the street (unless you operate out of a trailer) before the event begins. Trailers set up between 8:00am-9:00am all others set up between 9:00am-10:30am.
  • Each vendor space will be approximately 10’ X 10’ or up to a 16’ trailer. Each vendor must be 10’ apart from each other.
  • Vendors must supply their own tables, chairs, tents/canopies, and table coverings if they need them.
  • There is limited access to power. We will not be able to provide extension cords. Please provide your own as well as tape to secure the cords. You may bring a generator if needed. Generators must be quiet enough to not disrupt the event.
  • We will assign your booth location.
  • The NON-REFUNDABLE payment for the space is due at the time of registration to secure your space.
  • All vendors must be registered, and payment must be complete by Friday, September 27th, 2024 4:00pm PST.
  • Vendors are responsible for cleaning up their entire booth space after the event. Pack it in, pack it out, including all garbage.
  • Please note that all vendors must only provide Coke products during our events. This is non-negotiable.
  • If you will not be able to attend, please let us know ASAP.

  • $40 for Non-BDL Members - Business name, location and promotions to shoppers listed on map (logo not included)
  • FREE for BDL Members - Business name, location and promotions to shoppers listed on map (logo not included)
